I knitted and I knitted and then I knitted some more. And I made this. It’s a netbook case.

Seriously. This seemed like so much knitting. Maybe because I was forcing myself a little bit, I wasn’t really in a knitting mood several points through making it (the middle where it gets a bit boring and seems like it isn’t growing), but once it started getting towards the end I could start to see how glorious it would become.

I really enjoyed adding the details to it, such as the buttons and the felt cloud and sun.

And there’s a satin lining to make sure the netbook is nice and cosy.

It’s so lovely I almost don’t want to sell it. But I am.
