I’ve been working hard over the past few days, making more items for my etsy shop, I’ve been knitting and sewing and gluing and cutting, and getting excited when more materials show up in the post. I’m hoping my shop will take off a bit more this year. I feel like I have a better idea of how to brand myself and the shop, how to promote it, and more ideas of things to add.

Whilst it isn’t as successful as I’d like it to be yet, it feels like a start. I feel like I’m moving forward somewhere instead of waiting for something to happen, and I’m getting to do it under my terms which is nice. I’m not seeing it as a solution for my lack of a job, but it’s nice to have something to work on, to get excited about and to keep making things. I really do like to make things.
